Hi, i have a seller who sold me a baby milk steriliser at a fast deal. The auction was not closed when i picked it up. The item was filthy and was not as what she claimed in the description. She said i should have given enough time for her so that she can wash the steriliser. She promised that the stains could be washed off and i trusted her. Of course it didnt and upon that there was bad smell coming out of the steriliser when i tested its steam and the whole thing just erks me. I didnt want to use it for my new born because the stains was like deep rooted mould and the smell from the steam is horrible. The steriliser defeats the purpose. I asked for a return and she said ok. HOwever she changed her mind the next day when i was about to return her. Seller cancelled the whole auction for the steriliser and forbid me to leave a bad remark. I am left with a bad item and yet not able to feedback at all. This is totally unfair and i wish to seek help on how i should handle this case? thanks

I'd purchased a pair of shoes advertised as 9.5 from US (and stated in ebay invoice) but when it arrived in Spore, it was a whole size larger (i.e 10.5).
I've attempted to contact seller but no reply for 4 days so far.
Return policy of seller is : 7 day money back, buyer pays return postage.
However, I'm loathe to pay for shipping back to the US for a mistake made by the seller.
I'd used Vpost USA to take advantage of the free US shipping for the purchase.
In this case, what are my options ? What are your experiences in tackling this kind of situation?
Hi. I've won in a bidding for an item and am ready to purchase and pay for it. However, I can not pay for it since the seller has not confirmed the postage fee. I've asked him several times but he hasn't answered any of my queries. How long should I wait? I have won the bidding for 2 days already.
Hi, im a new seller;) I have allowed paypal to charge $3 to my ceredit card and i'm supposed to wait for them to send me the verification code in my credit card bill iorder to have my paypal account verified. Once i have linked my verified paypal account to my ebay account, do i still need to verify my identity using my credit card? Thanks ;)
hi, I am a new seller on the block. Just curious if someone bid the item I listed without viewing and is successful in the bid, can he do the following when he comes for collection:
a) Refuse to complete the sale because he thinks the item is not to his liking or quality? b) Negotiate on the price further? c) What recourse do I have as the seller is the buyer refuse to complete the sale.
I made a purchase and paid via paypal. I received the product and Paypal has debited my credit card. I had a lot of trouble with the vendor and posted a negative feedback against the vendor. Almost immediately after I sent the feedback I received a note from eBay saying that I have an unpaid case. I suspect that the vendor has used this facility to get back at me for giving him negative feedback. Is it possible for a vendor to do this and how do I close this case to remove the black mark against me as a purchaser?
I had recently won a bid but seller increases shipping cost from US$15 to US$53 and send invoice to me for payment. It was US$15 in the description for people to bid. I refuse to pay the new shipping cost. But do I need to complete the payment? What if the seller does not send the item to me after I pay? Where can I get help?
